A Teacher's Assistant are often new to the teaching industry and work side by side with regular teachers to gain the experience they need to progress to the next level. Teachers Assistants are tasked with helping teachers develop and implement customized lesson plans for the current years students. Teachers Assistants will handle theoverflow of low level work such as grading tests, quzzes and papers. This allows the head teacher to focus on providing the best education to their students.
